CLASSEN establishes CLASSEN GmbH and consolidates e-commerce activities

Kaisersesch, November 5, 2025 – The CLASSEN has founded CLASSEN GmbH. With this new subsidiary, the company is consolidating its activities in the areas of e-commerce and digital sales channels.

CLASSEN GmbH will take over the strategic management and further development of the online business in the future. This includes, among other things, maintaining the company websites, supporting customer activities in online sales, and expanding marketplace business, for example via Amazon and other platforms.

"With CLASSEN GmbH, we are creating an organizational unit that brings together all relevant topics relating to online strategy, digital brand management, and content," says the management of the CLASSEN.

New website at classen.de with sample shop and digital product advisor

Parallel to its founding, the CLASSEN has launched its new website. A revamped platform is now available atclassen.de, including a sample shop and an AI-supported product advisor.
The integrated chatbot helps users select the right flooring and answers questions about flooring, interior design, and care instructions. The service is available around the clock.

E-commerce department established

An e-commerce department was also set up during the company's founding. It acts as a center of expertise within CLASSEN GmbH and brings together areas such as content, product presentation, online marketing, and digital sales strategies.
