CLASSEN supports Baruth children's fire brigade with donation

Official donation handover at CLASSEN: Two men hold a donation check for €400 for the Baruth/Mark children's and youth fire department – a symbol of social commitment, responsibility, and regional support.
Kaisersesch, November 28, 2024 – The CLASSEN has received the coveted Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label for CERAMIN®. This award recognizes CERAMIN one of the most efficient and sustainable solutions for the construction and renovation industry.
CERAMIN a completely PVC-free floor covering made from recycled and recyclable polypropylene (PP). The use of harmless raw materials and energy-efficient production reduce its ecological footprint. The CLASSEN CERAMIN producing CERAMIN in Germany for over ten years and has continuously promoted environmentally friendly innovations in the flooring industry. In addition to Cradle to Cradle certification, CERAMIN has CERAMIN environmental and quality certificates such as the "Blue Angel" eco-label.

Baruth/Mark, January 19, 2024. On December 16, 2023, the CLASSEN took part in the Christmas market for associations in Baruth/Mark. The proceeds from the sale of mulled wine and cotton candy were collected specifically for charitable purposes. On January 19, 2024, the management of CLASSEN, represented by Mr. Carsten Buhlmann, presented a donation of €400.00 to the Baruth Children's Fire Brigade.
The Baruth Children's Fire Brigade was extremely grateful for the financial support and accepted the donation with great joy. Mr. Buhlmann was warmly welcomed by representatives of the Children's Fire Brigade, who emphasized that the donation would be used to provide urgently needed resources and materials for training the young firefighters. During the handover, Mr. Buhlmann underscored the importance of projects that support the youngest members of the community. He assured those present that the CLASSEN would continue to support projects that promote children and young people in the future.

With its laminate factory and more than 800 employees at its Baruth/Mark site, the CLASSEN is one of the largest employers in the region.
