Kaisersesch, November 28, 2024 – The CLASSEN has received the coveted Solar Impulse Efficient Solution Label for CERAMIN®. This award recognizes CERAMIN one of the most efficient and sustainable solutions for the construction and renovation industry.
CERAMIN a completely PVC-free floor covering made from recycled and recyclable polypropylene (PP). The use of harmless raw materials and energy-efficient production reduce its ecological footprint. The CLASSEN CERAMIN producing CERAMIN in Germany for over ten years and has continuously promoted environmentally friendly innovations in the flooring industry. In addition to Cradle to Cradle certification, CERAMIN has CERAMIN environmental and quality certificates such as the "Blue Angel" eco-label.

EPDs, with their quantitative statements on the environmental performance of building products, are aimed at many recipients who are involved in the value chain from raw materials to buildings through manufacturing and services.
